O.K. I am charting into unknown territory! I am a boring pediatric nurse by day, and an exciting, daring homecook by night! My very best friend and I decided to take life by the horns (or casserole dish) and do something that neither one of us ever thought that we would do in a million years! START OUR OWN COOKING BLOG ! Wendy and I have both had a few trying years. We both find cooking so healing. So what better way to find peace, but to step outside our comfort zone and make a blog sharing our recipes and humor with all of you.
